The HHM Core Associate Program is an independent referral partnership. It is not employment, a franchise, a securities offering, an investment, a joint venture or a guaranteed-income program. Associates are not employees, agents or legal representatives of HHM and may not bind HHM to an agreement.
Nothing on this page or in the calculator should be interpreted as a promise or guarantee of income, customer acquisition, sales volume, recurring revenue or business success. Calculator figures are illustrations only. Actual results depend on individual effort, audience quality, market conditions, customer demand, attribution, cancellations, refunds, chargebacks and compliance with program requirements.
Associates may earn a 20% recurring commission on eligible Level 1 subscription fees from properly attributed direct referrals and a 5% recurring commission on eligible Level 2 subscription fees from properly attributed customers referred by associates they introduce. Rates, qualifying products, attribution rules, payment schedules and eligibility remain subject to the current written HHM Core Associate Program terms.
Commissions are calculated on eligible subscription fees actually received by HHM. Taxes, refunds, chargebacks, disputed transactions, credits, discounts, setup charges, professional services, advertising costs, telephone usage, third-party expenses and other excluded amounts are not included unless the governing program terms state otherwise.
Associates are responsible for providing clear and conspicuous affiliate or referral disclosures and complying with all applicable advertising, endorsement, privacy, email, text-message and referral-marketing laws in their jurisdiction.
Associates may not make false, misleading or unsubstantiated claims about HHM Core, product capabilities, anticipated results, commission amounts or potential earnings.
